I am a research associate (post-doc), in Prof. Lorenza Viola's group, at
My research interests are the following (updated once in a while)
I used to do some cosmology and theoretical high energy but that was long time ago... The focus right now is on dynamical quantum error correction. Here is a list of my publications (some published in peer reviewed journals) automatically generated at citebase.org. Besides my academic work, I also enjoy other things such as: (random order)
I come from Iran. Iran is a country in the middle east (south west Asia). I got my bachelor of science at Sharif University of Technology in Tehran. I used to be a research student at Iranian Institute for Studies in Theoretical Physics and Mathematics. I moved to Toronto, Canada to study at University of Toronto where I got my master's degree in 2001 and became a Ph.D. Candidate until I moved along with my then advisor, Prof. Daniel Lidar to Los Angeles, California where I got my Ph.D. in physics in 2007. |
